Security
A password alone is no longer enough today. That is why the Hub protects your account twice: with your password and with an additional confirmation code from an app on your phone. Even someone who guesses your password cannot get in. This is called two-factor authentication.

Documents
Your files have a fixed home in the Hub. You upload documents, organize them into folders, and mark important ones as favorites. What you upload remains yours: others only see a document if you share it yourself.

- Earlier versions are retained, so you can always see what has changed
- Recycle bin instead of immediate deletion: something removed by accident is not gone right away

If something is not working, you ask your question directly in your account. Every request becomes a ticket, and every reply stays in the history. You never have to search through old emails again. The system status shows you whether everything is running: it comes from real checks of the live services, not from a manually maintained status page.
