You sign in once and use that login for all Nimovis products: Nimovis PDF today, and Nimovis Buchhaltung once it is released. No second password, no signing in again when you switch. The catalog shows honestly what is usable today and what is still planned.

Security
A password alone is no longer enough today. That is why the Hub protects your account twice: with your password and with an additional confirmation code from an app on your phone. Even someone who guesses your password cannot get in. This is called two-factor authentication.

Documents
Your files have a fixed home in the Hub. You upload documents, organize them into folders, and mark important ones as favorites. What you upload remains yours: others only see a document if you share it yourself.

- Earlier versions are kept, so you can always see what has changed
- Recycle bin instead of immediate deletion: something removed by accident is not gone right away

Support
If something is not working, you ask your question directly in your account. Every request becomes a ticket, and every reply stays in the history. You never have to search through old emails again. The system status shows you whether everything is running: it comes from real checks of the live services, not from a manually maintained status page.
