Clear packages, honestly calculated

Nothing, as long as Free is enough for you: account, invoices and quotes with a monthly limit, e-invoicing, DATEV export, basic PDF use and 1 GB of storage. You need a paid package for larger volumes, for designs and dunning levels, or for your own bookkeeping.

Yes, from the start of sales. One trial per account: 14 days in a paid package of your choice; you can switch packages at any time during the trial. The trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically; afterwards you keep using your account on the Free package.

We count what you create in a calendar month, based on when you create it, not on the invoice date: every invoice and quote, every order confirmation and delivery note when it receives its number, each version of a quote once, every receipt when uploaded. Drafts, cancellations, credit notes, the replacement invoice for a canceled invoice to the same customer, dunning letters, document attachments, repeated downloads and the e-invoice output of the same invoice do not count. Counting applies to the account owner's account across all client companies, even when other people in the account create documents. We always accept e-invoices; they count as receipts. At the limit your draft stays saved; from the first of the following month or with a larger package you continue creating. A larger package applies immediately, a smaller one applies to volumes from the following month.

Your account remains and stays free to use: at the end of the term it moves to the Free package. Anything beyond Free stays readable and exportable; nothing is deleted. Client companies and people above the Free limits are dormant until you choose a larger package again.

We show the total price including 19 percent VAT, with the net amount underneath. Private customers pay the total shown. Business customers work with the net amount; VAT is shown separately on the invoice.

Yes. A change that removes nothing takes effect immediately; if you also move from yearly to monthly billing, it takes effect at the end of the yearly term. A change to a smaller package takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your client companies and people must fit within its limits. During the trial you switch packages immediately. Going back to Free means canceling your paid package.
