Monthly cancellation
Monthly packages end with the billing period. You are not tied in longer than you want to be.
Export without lock-in
Your data stays yours. Accounting data goes to your tax advisor as a DATEV export, invoices download as PDF or e-invoice.
Questions and answers
What does the Nimovis Hub cost?
Nothing. The account, basic document storage and basic PDF use are free permanently. You only need a package once you require more storage, more PDF operations or the accounting product.
Can I try a package first?
Yes, the Business package. It comes with a 14 day trial, and the trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. Starter and Professional currently have no trial.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account remains and falls back to the free basic functions. Existing data above the free limits stays readable and can be exported.
Are prices net or gross?
We show the total price including 19 percent VAT, with the net amount underneath. Private customers pay the total shown. Business customers work with the net amount; VAT is shown separately on the invoice.
Can I switch later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect immediately, moving down at the end of the current billing period.
