Nimovis Buchhaltung
Do your own bookkeeping, write invoices, prepare your VAT report.
You book your business transactions yourself, write invoices and keep track of open items. The software is consistently built around the GoBD, the German principles for proper digital bookkeeping: what is finalized stays unchanged, and corrections run visibly through reversals. Built for businesses required to prepare a balance sheet using double-entry bookkeeping.
- Every entry must balance: the software enforces debit equals credit, including for split entries
- Finalization: finalized entries can no longer be deleted or changed; corrections are made visibly through reversals
- Invoices can be issued as e-invoices (XRechnung, the German e-invoicing standard, or ZUGFeRD 2.3, a hybrid of PDF and structured data), the format recipients can import directly into their software
- Your UStVA, the German advance VAT return to the tax office, is calculated with 14 key figures
- Upload your bank statement and match payments against open invoices; the common bank formats are detected automatically
- 8 reports, export for your tax advisor in DATEV format, built-in GoBD check graded A to D
Nimovis PDF
Edit PDFs in the browser, with true redaction.
Arrange pages, add watermarks, compress or protect files: 20 tools for PDF files, directly in the browser. The most important difference is redaction: redacted passages are truly removed from the file, not just covered up.

Added to that are document storage, support tickets and a system status based on real measurements from the services.
